The BoardRoom creates a safe atmosphere in which to express frustrations, business challenges or feelings that a company owner may not be comfortable sharing with employees or corporate boards. It also provides access to other CEO's, Presidents and Executive Leaders who know what you're going through and can share the wisdom of hard lessons they have learned. After all, collaboration and collective thinking generate better results.

Many executives are joining a BoardRoom Think Tank to help them objectively evaluate their approach to challenges they face.  A senior management team or a highly engaged board of directors may have a vested interest, whereas the BoardRoom takes an unbiased viewpoint.

Our Think Tanks meet monthly to hear from experts in leadership, discuss opportunities or challenges and receive unbiased input. As a member, you'll also meet each month with your personal Advisor to help you uncover better ways to improve your business and enrich your life!

"As a CEO, I am faced with hundreds of decisions everyday. I don't do it alone! I participate with a core network of highly driven and experienced CEO's who listen and advise me on a wide range of issues and opportunities."

We customize sales training programs

specifically to your Industry and company

A key problem with utilizing a standardized program is that the course material typically lacks industry specificity and, as a consequence, the application of learnings is in certain cases diluted by an inability of the sales rep to reconcile the lesson with his day-to-day role. The main insight from this experience is that contracting with expert training organizations, given both the financial cost involved and dedicated rep time, is most effective when the program can be translated to on-the-job insights and actions. Too often a lack of customization results in limited go-forward impact to sales rep productivity.

Private coaching sessions are provided at your chosen facility without distractions for 1 to 2 hours. This is the time to uncover strengths, weaknesses, needs, issues, or opportunities that you may bring to the Advisory Board Meeting. Your Advisor will help you prepare your issue/opportunity and schedule time for your presentation. This is also the time to analyze your personal and business goals and discover ways to choose and work towards being a more effective leader, making better decisions and building a more beneficial life.
